Non-Executive, Independent Director and Chair
An accomplished Chair and Non-Executive Director, Pauline has more than a decade of experience across a portfolio of Board positions. Pauline brings a sharp commercial focus to strategy and risk and embraces dynamic business environments, with demonstrated success in business development and strategic transformation having led companies through IPO, business recalibration and mergers. Her Board contributions are underpinned by 20-years investment banking experience spanning senior roles in investment strategy, economics and funds management.
Co-Founder, Non Executive Director
James co-founded APH after a number of years researching alternative protein sources. With an extensive family history in Victoria Western District farming, James recognised an ever-growing global hunger for protein serviced almost exclusively by unsustainable practices.
James’ solution for correcting the market needed to be complementary to farmers’ existing infrastructure, less detrimental to the environment and easily scalable.
James’ experience in production facility development and network of farmers, has positions APH to produce a complete vertically integrated product line.
Non-Executive Director
Shane has spent over 20 years working in equities and capital markets with Deutsche Bank (Australian and UK) and Canaccord Genuity. He brings depth and experience in capital markets transactions, institutional relationships and has worked with a number of ASX listed growth company’s.
Shane is currently a Non-Executive Director of PayGroup Ltd (ASX:PYG) and a board member of MTC Foundation. He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
Shane will chair the Audit & Risk Committee.

Tom is an innovative business leader that has a deep understanding of FMCG category marketing and has successfully launched and built two successful global consumer brands.
Tom began his career with a 16-year stint at Woolworths then moved to Sakata Rice Snacks, where he grew the annual sales in Australia from zero to $70 million in seven years. He’s also maintained senior category marketing roles at Franklins, Sigma Pharmaceuticals and Coles.
In late 2013 after consulting with some popular Australian brands such as Cobram Estate, five-am, IGA, Fodmap and Tyrrells Chips, Tom co-founded VÖOST Vitamins, which is now the no.1 best selling effervescent vitamin in Australia with over 5,000 stockists including major supermarket and pharmacy chains. In 2021 Tom sold VÖOST Vitamins to Proctor & Gamble.
